13 You are exempted from these language requirements if you can provide one of the following documents: Diploma secondary education issued by an educational institution recognized by the Flemish government Diploma higher education issued by a higher educational institution recognized by the Flemish government The proof that you have successfully completed an English-language programme, either at the secondary school level or in a higher educational institution in Belgium or abroad (this means a programme of 60 ECTS credits)
