15 Our Master of Laws enables you to work in an internationally oriented legal environment, including internationally oriented law firms, ministries, international organisations, multinational companies, non-governmental organisations or in academia. The programme will assist you in fulfilling your ambition, regardless of whether it is as: a practising lawyer a legal advisor in an internationally oriented company an international or domestic civil servant a diplomat or lobbyist an educator or researcher This degree is equivalent to the Flemish degree of ‘Master in de Rechten’. For admission to the legal profession in Belgium (the ‘bar’), a Belgian Bachelor of Laws is required in addition to this Master’s degree.
